Accommodation: A 2-night stay.
Transportation: Round-trip travel from Delhi to Delhi.

Trip Leadership: A Trip Captain will be present throughout the journey.
Permits & Taxes: All necessary permits, toll charges, and taxes are covered.
Driver Charges: Driver night charges and allowances are included.
Entertainment: DJ night and a bonfire are part of the package.

Terms & Conditions

1. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

All digital content, including photographs and videos captured during Poonam Travels trips—whether by Poonam Travels’s designated content creators or participating clients—shall remain the exclusive property of Poonam Travels. This content is strictly for the company’s promotional and advertising use across media platforms. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any such content without prior written consent from Poonam Travels is strictly prohibited.

2. Payment Policy

The full payment for the trip must be completed before the commencement of the journey. Failure to clear pending payments may result in the cancellation of the booking without any refund or liability on the part of Poonam Travels.

3. Identity Verification & Boarding Regulations

All travelers must present a valid government-issued identification document before boarding. Boarding will not be permitted without proper ID verification. The transfer of bookings is not allowed. Only the individuals whose names were provided at the time of confirmation will be allowed to travel.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be provided for any services or inclusions that remain unutilized by the traveler. In case of a missed departure, no refund or alternative arrangement shall be provided. Travelers must report at the designated pickup point at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. The departure schedule is fixed. Any traveler failing to arrive on time shall forfeit their booking. Poonam Travels reserves the right to call travelers twice before departure. However, it remains the traveler’s responsibility to arrive on time.

5. Travel & Safety Regulations

Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings. Poonam Travels shall not be held liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items during the trip.
The air conditioning (AC) in vehicles shall be switched off in hilly terrains. Additionally, the driver reserves the right to turn off the AC as necessary, ensuring safety and comfort along difficult or uneven routes.
Consumption of alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited during the trip due to health and safety concerns.
Poonam Travels promotes a safe, respectful, and inclusive travel environment. Any form of misconduct, indiscipline, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

6. Physical & Health Considerations

Our tours may involve physically demanding activities such as trekking, camping at high altitudes, and prolonged travel durations. Travelers are advised to be in good physical condition to fully enjoy the experience.
Poonam Travels does not provide insurance coverage for sickness, accidents, theft, or other losses. Travelers are encouraged to arrange their own insurance coverage before embarking on the trip.

7. Unforeseen Circumstances & Itinerary Modifications

Poonam Travels shall not be held responsible for delays, modifications, or cancellations arising due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
Natural hazards (e.g., landslides, weather conditions)
Accidents or vehicle breakdowns
Political unrest or government-imposed restrictions
Any other unforeseen incidents beyond our control
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, road accessibility, or other operational concerns. Poonam Travels reserves the right to make necessary adjustments in the interest of travelers’ safety, comfort, and overall experience.
